Balancing the Budget: Outsourcing Business Services

My company is now over a decade old and I still outsource several key functions. It isn't that I can't afford to keep them in house. It is just that outsourcing is the most financially responsible decision I can make. I outsource all sorts of support services. One company manages my IT needs. Another partner takes care of the payroll and remitting taxes. I even have a cleaning service that comes in at night, does the windows, and in general keeps everything spotless. If you think outsourcing might benefit your business, let's talk. I'll tell you what I outsource and why. From there, you can decide if my strategy would also work for you.

Not Feeling Like Yourself After Menopause? 2 Tips To Help You Feel Like Your Old Self

Menopause can wreak havoc on a woman's body mostly due to hormone levels. If you are not feeling right after going through menopause, then there is help for you. Keep reading for two tips so you can feel like your old self again.

Bioidentical Hormone Cream

Hormones play a big role in a woman's body, and as you age, estrogen levels drop drastically. This can result in anything from depression, night sweats, low sex drive, and much more. Women's bioidentical cream can help you get your estrogen levels back up to normal. These hormones are called bioidentical because they are much like the hormones your body creates.

The cream is rubbed on your body and then the estrogen sinks down into your skin and then into your bloodstream. You do have to spread it on a large part to get enough cream on you. You can get this cream prescribed by you by a doctor. There are also creams that you can purchase over the counter and online.  The cream will come with complete instructions on how to apply it to your skin and how many days you should use it. Your gynecologist can also give you a lot of information about this.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

There is also hormone replacement therapy (HRT) available from your gynecologist that can help you. If you choose this, you will take a medication that contains hormones for females. The medication will replace the hormones in your body, which is estrogen. This will treat things like hot flashes, depression, low sex drive, and more. This can also help with vaginal atrophy which is caused by the lining of your uterus getting thinner and drier and causing painful sex.

The doctor may prescribe systemic hormone therapy which comes in a skin patch, pill, ring, spray foam, or gel. There are also low-dose vaginal products if you have vaginal atrophy. This is a cream that you insert into your vagina with an applicator. You can also insert a ring that releases low amounts of estrogen or a pill. Low-dose estrogen is mainly used for vaginal atrophy as the hormones will not get through your entire body. There are health risks associated with HRT that your gynecologist can go over with you.

Your gynecologist can answer any questions you may have about the above information and give you more tips to help you feel better. Make an appointment today.
